| Can I return a product? |
If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from PotteryAttic.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund within 15 days. |
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Pottery Attic. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. You must contact us with 5 days of receiving item and ship within 10 days of receiving you items |
All special order and Custom order designs and patterns cannot be returned. In this instance all orders are final and no returns will be offered. |
The item must be returned in the original packaging, and with all paperwork, to ensure full credit. |
No returns or refunds will be granted after the five (5) calendar day period has expired. If we receive notification from you within the five (5) days, we will refund the purchase price in full to your credit card after receiving the ceramics undamaged (for satisfaction guaranteed claims or damaged (for damaged ceramics claims). You will not be charged any additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated. |
What if the actual Import Fees are less than the Import Fees Deposit I was charged? |
If the actual Import Fees (paid by carrier on behalf of the recipient to the customs and tax jurisdiction of the destination country) are less than the Import Fees Deposit PotteryAttic.com estimated, we will automatically refund the difference to the payment method you used for the order. We will send you a notification e-mail to confirm the amount of the refund. |
Are all orders paid in full? |
Yes. The total amount of all item(s) ordered will be charged in full to your credit card. Online orders cannot be paid for on an installment basis. |
How can the estimated Import Fees Deposit differ from the actual import duties and fees payable? |
Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change. Also, customs officials in various countries and regions may differ on the proper classification of goods. |
