15 Day Money-Back Guarantee (Contact us with 5 days)

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Pottery Attic. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. You must contact us with 5 days of receiving item and sship within 10 days of receiving you items

All special order and Custom order designs and patterns cannot be returned. In this instance all orders are final and no returns will be offered.

The item must be returned in the original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, to ensure full credit.

No returns or refunds will be granted after the five (5) calendar day period has expired. If we receive notification from you within the five (5) days, we will refund the purchase price in full to your credit card after receiving the ceramics undamaged (for satisfaction guaranteed claims or damaged (for damaged ceramics claims). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Credit

You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Return Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

	Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
	Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
	Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item
	All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit
	All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different addresses (and if so, follows such directions), ship the return package to:
